Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to a high standard. You will greet guests, make beds, restock supplies, and respond to inquiries.

This role requires the ability to work weekends, endure physical tasks, and comply with hotel policies. A background check is required; prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Make beds in guest rooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other areas.
• Vacuum Rugs and clean furniture; dust surfaces.
• Polish fixtures and wipe surfaces; wash walls and windows.
• Empty wastebaskets and manage linen supplies.
• Restock cleaning carts and report maintenance needs.
• Comply with housekeeping policies and safety procedures.
• Perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties.

Education
