Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton DFW Airport North in Irving, TX is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face at our front desk, handling check-in/out and guest inquiries.

You will work in a fast-paced front desk environment, sharing local recommendations and ensuring exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor. Prior experience and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Must be a people‑person with a positive attitude.
• Ability to interact with guests politely and efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the front desk and assist guests during check‑in and check‑out.
• Provide local recommendations on restaurants, entertainment, and events.
• Operate hotel systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
