Planned Companies in Washington, DC is seeking a Full-Time Concierge/Doorman to greet residents, guests and vendors and ensure a safe, welcoming lobby. The role requires evening shifts Tuesday through Saturday, totaling 40 hours per week.

You will arrange reservations, coordinate events, and guide visitors to local attractions, dining, and services while handling mail, deliveries and access control. Strong communication, customer service experience and knowledge of the area are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests, and vendors and provide directions.
• Develop relationships to tailor experiences for tenants.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide local referrals to entertainment, dining and services.
• Manage mail, deliveries, and vendor services; control keys/access cards.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby, and manage keys/access cards.
