Planned Companies in Washington, DC is seeking a full-time Overnight Concierge to greet residents, guests and vendors in the lobby and ensure safety and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role runs 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday to Friday (40 hrs/wk). Responsibilities include arranging reservations, planning events, managing mail and access control, and building relationships to tailor experiences for tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsabilités

• Greet and direct tenants, guests, and vendors.
• Develop relationships to provide personalized experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction to local entertainment, dining, retail, sports, attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services; monitor lobby and access cards.
