Dweck Properties in the Washington, DC metro area is hiring a Part-Time Evening Concierge to welcome residents and guests from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Each shift handles calls, packages, amenity needs, and front desk tasks to keep the community running smoothly after hours. You’ll coordinate with the property team, assist with events, maintain records, and protect resident privacy while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests during the 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. shift and assist with inquiries.
• Handle calls, messages, and front desk communications professionally.
• Manage mail, packages, and deliveries per community procedures.
• Assist with amenity reservations, guest parking passes, and resident requests.
• Document service requests and coordinate with maintenance and other teams.
