Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access via Electronic Security Control Systems.
• React to emergencies and follow established procedures promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, records, and forms.
• Assist with screening guests and service providers efficiently.
• Support on-site property manager with daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a secure environment.
• Handle routine tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Perform other duties as required by the on-site manager.
