Job summary

FirstService Residential in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Front Desk Associate for nights (Sunday–Thursday, 11pm–7am). You will greet residents, screen guests, and manage access and emergency procedures while working independently.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and accurate logs. Candidates should have a high school diploma, hospitality exposure, and customer-service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College-level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with information systems hardware/software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations promptly.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
