CSM Corporation is hiring a Front Desk Agent for the Courtyard Bloomington by Mall of America. This part-time, on-site role covers Friday/Saturday evenings and Sundays as needed, with responsibilities including check-ins/outs, billing verification, reservations, and guest requests.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years in guest service, plus strong communication and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior guest service experience required, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Assist guests by knowing hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to drive revenue while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies for transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and equipment, adhering to regulations.
• Attend required department and hotel meetings and support other departments as needed.
