Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, ensuring safety, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. High school diploma or GED preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains predictable and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms according to company standards and assist guests with friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness of carts, linens, rooms, and equipment.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with housekeeping service and safety compliance.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and work with other departments as needed.
• Follow attendance, grooming, and general workplace policies.
