Navy Exchange in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Guest Service Representative I for the 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift. The role serves as the first point of contact for guests at Navy Gateway Inn, Suites, or Navy Lodge properties, handling all stages of a guest stay and resolving issues while ensuring front desk operations, lobby presentation, and guest privacy.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing reservations and payments, check-in/check-out, and maintaining safety and security.

Formación

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.

Responsabilidades

• Must possess a welcoming manner and positive attitude; interact professionally with guests and provide information about lodging facilities, amenities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with room reservations, payments, check-in/check-out, and related processes following established guidelines.
• Greet and welcome guests, maintain outstanding guest relations.
• Communicate with lodging associates and chain of command on operations and guest issues needing supervisor attention.
• Apply knowledge of SOPs; provide CNA if rooms unavailable and offer alternatives in the area.
