Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Jacksonville Beach by Marriott. Provide courteous check-in/check-out, answer guest inquiries, and deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced beachfront hotel.

Responsibilities include handling payments, resolving issues with housekeeping, and generating daily reports. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous check-in/check-out for hotel guests.
• Process payments according to hotel requirements.
• Offer information and services to guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve guest issues and coordinate with housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with generating daily reports.
