As a Front Desk Agent with Residence Inn Lexington South, you are the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting guests with inquiries, handling reservations, and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure seamless experiences.
