Job summary

Wingate by Wyndham Jacksonville is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to hotel guests. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, issue room keys, and process payments while coordinating with housekeeping for room availability.

Responsibilities include answering questions via phone, email, and in person, building rapport with guests, and describing room features. A positive attitude is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Computer literacy.

• Able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities
• Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
• Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
