Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Homewood Suites Canton to greet guests, process check-ins/outs, and manage reservations. The role requires strong customer service and basic computer skills to navigate the hotel management system and provide information on services.

The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, cash handling, and coordinating with guests during evening shifts, with weekend availability expected. Training in hospitality standards is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service; hotel setting preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with hotel software.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures via the property management system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and at-the-property transactions.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities to create a welcoming environment.
• Take reservations from callers and input/update information in the system; update/cancel as requested.
• Typical Schedule: Primarily Evening Shifts: 2 PM – 10 PM, weekends.
