DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Minneapolis – Park Place in St. Louis Park, MN, is seeking a full-time front desk associate. You will greet guests, check them in and out, handle cashier transactions, and provide concierge services while using our computer system.

You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm-10pm, in a fast-paced hospitality environment that values teamwork, punctuality and genuine hospitality. Previous customer service experience and good computer skills are required, with flexible

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous customer service experience required.
• Good computer skills.
• Availability for flexible scheduling.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and organize work.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Greet customers in a friendly and sincere manner.
• Checking guests in and out in professional manner.
• Complete registration process working with a computer system.
• Count money accurately and handle cash, cards, checks, vouchers.
• Provide concierge services; transmit and receive messages by telephone.
• Provide satisfactory overall customer service.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide or obtain accurate information.
• Other duties as assigned by management
