The position is hourly, non-exempt, with duties spanning front desk and financial reconciliation, ensuring a smooth transition to the next day’s operations for a 300-room property with extensive event spaces.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Record guest comments or complaints and refer to managers as needed.
• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and proper codes.
• Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data.
• Debit, credit, and total accounts on spreadsheets/databases.
• Reconcile discrepancies in records and reports.
• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Verify guests' credit and payment method for accommodation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance for reported issues.
• Make and confirm reservations and manage room availability.
• Perform nightly bookkeeping and audits; balance accounts.
