Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Complete the registration process by inputting information into the computer system and verifying guest details.
• Handle payments, verify credit cards, and balance an assigned house bank.
• Answer calls promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Remain calm and professional during busy periods and emergencies.
