Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Branson, MO is seeking a service‑driven Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check‑ins/outs, and ensure a superb first impression. You will handle registrations, room assignments, and guest accounts with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process guest bills, collect payments, and handle transactions.
• Actively listen to guest needs and resolve concerns with care and efficiency.
