Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CPO and appliance repair certification is desired, or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in a hotel or related field.

Responsibilities

• Engineering: maintains property assets, performs preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Guest service: responds to guest requests with friendly, high-level service.
• Identifies concerns and provides maintenance solutions after evaluation.
• Follows SOPs and collaborates with the Chief Engineer.
• Works with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows safety regulations.
• Adheres to attendance policy and participates in required meetings.
