Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly, professional first impression.
• Check guests in and out using the hotel PMS, ensuring accurate billing and room assignments.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints; escalate when needed.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications while knowing current room availability.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are addressed.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions to enhance their stay.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and maintain accurate front desk records.
