Job summary

Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront is seeking a Front Desk Agent to work the 3-11pm shift in Melbourne, FL. You will be the primary contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, and knowledge of Hilton standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, preferably hospitality/front desk.
• Familiarity with property management systems or reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a professional first impression.
• Check guests in/out using the PMS, ensuring accurate billing and room assignments.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve guest requests promptly; escalate to management when needed.
