We offer a full-time, hourly position with opportunities to grow within the hotel operations. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with an 8-hour PM shift from 3 pm to 11 pm and occasional AM shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-year prior customer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them in the hotel system.
• Verify guest information and process payments and charges.
• Answer the phone with clear English communication and relay messages.
• Close guest accounts at check-out and resolve issues per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area neat and assist other staff as needed.
