Job summary

Westmont Group is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for the 2nd shift at our Independence, OH location. You will welcome guests, complete check-in, and provide prompt, courteous service to ensure a memorable stay.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, is comfortable handling payments and guest accounts, and can adapt to a fast-paced hotel environment. 8-hour PM shift; weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service.
• Complete the registration process using a computer system and assign rooms as needed.
• Verify and imprint credit cards; handle cash and balance the house bank.
• Answer phones with clear English and route messages to guests.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve issues per guidelines.
• Investigate guest complaints and resolve problems such as price conflicts or heating issues.
• Keep corridors and service areas neat and orderly.
• Adhere to all company policies and assist other front desk staff.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
