Home2 Suites by Hilton Queensbury is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at 524 Aviation Road, Queensbury, NY. You will register guests, manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates and amenities to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Responsibilities include handling online and phone bookings, assisting guests during their stay, and coordinating with housekeeping to maintain clean, well-prepared rooms.

Qualifications

• Shifts include 3pm–11pm.
• Weekends and holidays required.
• Provide information about rooms, rates and amenities to guests.
• Handle check-in/check-out tasks and reservations.
• Assist customers with payment methods and verify card data.

Responsabilités

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data.
• Register guests with required information.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain records of bookings and payments.
