Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED is required.
• Associate's degree preferred or 1-3 years' experience in a maintenance operations environment; substitution may apply.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years' experience in a maintenance operations environment; substitution may apply.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment is required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan, schedule, assign work to technicians and track productivity.
• Labor management: supervise personnel and support performance management.
• Customer management: maintain customer relationships and communicate PM schedules.
• Asset management: manage shop tools and equipment; ensure repair quality and safety.
• Financial management: monitor maintenance cost per unit and assist in budget controls.
