Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building operations, facility management and/or event management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage emergencies calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and oversight to all staff on duty during assigned shift; guide and resolve issues; assist with special tasks.
• Maintain safe environment by monitoring activity and coordinating with University Police.
• Open and close the facility; conduct regular inspections for safety and maintenance.
• Monitor grounds for security, deter theft and vandalism as needed.
• Respond to emergencies; coordinate resources and document communications.
