Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients at our Los Angeles facilities. You will enforce policies, assist with client needs, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across dorms, common areas, and kitchens.

The role requires handling wellness checks, routine room inspections, and medication pickups, with a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Competenze

• Basic computer skills to send/receive emails and summarize data in spreadsheets.

Mansioni

• Assist with client intakes and check-ins, ensuring bedding and areas are clean before arrivals.
• Conduct wellness checks and facility walkthroughs to monitor safety and welfare; de-escalate when needed.
• Perform routine sanitation and housekeeping duties, clean windows, walls, and vents as required.
• Transport clients to appointments while maintaining logs and vehicle safety checks.
• Follow safety guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and communicate concerns to leadership.
