Responsibilities include daily garage sweeps, trash removal, painting, bulb replacement, and reporting issues. The position may require 3rd shift or weekend hours, with a starting wage of $22.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required depending on location.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; listens and asks questions.
• Written Communication: Reads and writes clearly.
• Customer Service: Maintains a positive attitude and responds to service requests.
• Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep areas clean.
• Sweep and inspect entrances, exits, and garage levels.
• Empty trashcans in garage, booth, and office.
• Paint surfaces and replace bulbs as directed.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
• Cover cashier/attendant duties as needed.
• Maintain uniform and professional appearance.
