Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to work special shifts including weekends.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varied weather.
• Customer-service orientation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per site checklists to keep areas clean.
• Walk the garage daily to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Sweep entrances, exits, rails, booths, offices and restrooms.
• Empty trash, paint areas as needed, and replace bulbs.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance needs to the Facility Manager.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints when required.
• Maintain uniform and professional appearance.
