Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator in our DC Warehouse in Avondale, AZ. You will locate product with RF, pull items from locations, and transport to departments using powered equipment. You will process a portion of customer orders and restock bins throughout the shift.

Schedule Mon–Fri 11:00AM–7:30PM. Pay is $18.00 base plus $1 shift differential ($19.00/hr). Benefits include a discretionary annual bonus up to 5%, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• RF scanning used to locate and track products.
• Experience operating powered lift equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
• Ability to read, write and understand labels, SKUs and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment and RF unit to scan product movement.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product for orders.
• Restock, pick, and pack products for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and ensure proper checkout and return.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment keys correctly.
• Complete duties and comply with all policies and standards.
