Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking an Equipment Operator for our DC Warehouse in the United States. The role safely locates product with an RF unit, moves and restocks items, and handles order picking and packing for customer orders on a Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM shift.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour total ($18.00 base + $2.00 shift differential). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, life and disability insurance, paid time off and holidays, and pet insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment with RF unit to scan and move product.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and ensure proper checkout/return.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment keys correctly.
• Maintain Lift Operator Certification per OSHA every three years.
