Job summary

SanMar is hiring a Lift Operator to locate and move product using RF scanning, pick and pack orders, and restock as needed. You will operate lift equipment, inspect gear daily, and follow safety protocols to keep operations efficient and safe.

The role requires 1-3 years of lift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse. Overtime may be required; salary offers are hourly with shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Understand verbal and written instructions.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment to move product using RF unit and scan movements.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and ensure proper checkout and return.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment correctly.
• Complete and maintain Lift Operator Certification per OSHA guidelines.
