Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Production II associate in Avondale, AZ to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will pick products from designated locations, audit outbound orders, seal and prepare shipments, and operate the voice/RF picking system.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation starts at $16.50 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential, plus benefits including 401(k) with company match, life

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from designated locations and place into cartons or totes as directed.
• Audit outbound orders for accuracy, seal orders, and direct them to invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF picking system.
• Check out equipment and ensure it is returned in good condition.
• Meet production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
