SanMar is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator in Avondale, AZ. The role involves locating and moving product with RF scanning, loading and stacking items, and preparing orders for shipment.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of lift operator experience, read and write well, and follow safety procedures daily. The job offers full-time hours, shift Monday–Friday 1:00PM–9:30PM, and pay around $19.00 per hour with a shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of lift operator experience or similar.
• Ability to read/write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift equipment using an RF unit to move and locate product.
• Load/unload, move, stack, and stage product for workflow.
• Restock, pick, and pack customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and handle checkout/return of gear.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Complete and maintain Lift Operator Certification per OSHA every three years.
