Job summary

SanMar in Goodyear, AZ is hiring an Equipment Operator to locate, pick, and pack products across the warehouse. You will operate powered lift equipment and use an RF unit to track product movement, restock bins, and prepare orders for shipment.

The role requires 1-3 years of lift experience, a high school diploma, and strong attention to detail. The position is on-site with a daytime shift and comprehensive safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment to move product and materials using a RF unit to scan movement and locations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and ensure proper checkout/return of equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Complete and maintain OSHA Lift Operator Certification every three years.
