Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth is seeking a part-time Evening Medical Records/Clerical Clerk to support the ED with chart maintenance, data entry, transcription, and patient flow coordination.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of medical terminology, strong computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a high-stress setting; Meditech experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain ED medical records, review for completeness, enter charges, and assist with discharge analysis.
• Handle unit receptionist duties: greet visitors, log calls, and coordinate procedures.
• Transcribe and enter physician orders; manage chart assembly and data entry into the system.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and assist with department tasks.
