Job summary

Butler Plus in Greensboro is hiring for a part-time evening role handling doorstep trash and recycling collections for multifamily communities. You will drive an open-bed pickup, collect bagged trash from residents, and use our field app for timekeeping and reporting.

Training is provided, and you’ll join a growing company known for service excellence. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, cell phone, and the ability to work Sundays through Thursdays evenings (8:00pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver.
• Have a cell phone to download and use the company app.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using the provided tote/cart.
• Use the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport trash to on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services such as porter, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, and light cleanliness tasks.
• Communicate daily with your supervisor to maintain workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize noise for residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs; work outdoors in varying weather.
