Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection at multifamily communities nationwide. You will work Sunday through Thursday evenings, typically 8:00pm until finished (about 1–2 hours). A valid driver's license, access to an open-bed pickup truck, and a reliability mindset are essential.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You will use the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting, and must be comfortable working

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection at residents' doorsteps.
• Carry bagged trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose in on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Utilize the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Maintain safety and quiet operation to minimize noise for residents.
