Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. You will operate an open-bed pickup truck or cart, service residents, and use our field app for timekeeping and reporting.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required, and you’ll work Sunday through Friday evenings for about 1–2 hours, outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to operate an open-bed pickup truck at properties.
No prior experience required; training provided.
Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or as an authorized driver.

Responsibilities

Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
Collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep using a tote/cart.
Use the field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
Safely transport collected trash and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chutes.
Perform porter service, bulk item hauling, and light cleanliness tasks as needed.
Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure workflow.
Work quietly to minimize noise and disturbance to residents.

Lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather.
