Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You will drive an open-bed pickup, collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps, and use our field app to log time and tasks.

No prior experience? Training is provided. This role is evenings, Sunday through Thursday, approximately 3 hours, with growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must own an open-bed pickup truck (vehicle requirement).

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Use the assigned tote/cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps.
• Operate the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services as assigned (porter service, bulk item hauling, pressure washing).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor for a smooth workflow.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
