Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You will gather bagged trash from resident doorsteps using a tote or cart and log activities via the company app. The role requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliability.

Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within a growing company. Candidates should be prepared to work Sundays through Thursdays evenings, approximately 2 hours per shift,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection.
• Use tote/cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps.
• Operate the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash using open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose at dumpsters or chutes.
• Maintain communications with supervisor for efficient workflow.
• Adhere to core values and complete other duties as assigned.
