Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You’ll work evenings Sunday through Thursday, using a field app for timekeeping and reporting. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and an open-bed pickup truck are required.

No prior experience? Training is provided. Competitive pay and incentive programs are offered, with growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed.
• Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using a tote or cart.
• Use the field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose on-site.
• Perform additional duties at communities as needed.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor for efficient workflow.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and climb stairs as required.
• Own an open-bed pickup truck and have valid driver’s license/insurance.
