Job summary

Butler Plus is hiring for a team member to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed pickup truck, operate the field app for timekeeping and reporting, and complete additional tasks such as porter service or light cleaning as needed.

Training is provided, and a pre-employment background check applies. Typical schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, 8:00pm to finish (about 2–3 hours).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to operate outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection.
• Use assigned trash tote to collect bagged trash.
• Use the company's app for timekeeping, check-in, and reporting.
• Safely transport trash using an open-bed pickup truck.
• Perform additional services as assigned (porter, bulk item haul, pressure washing).
• Maintain communication with supervisor to ensure workflow.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather.
• Own a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Have a smartphone to use the company app.
