Job summary

Butler Plus is hiring a team member to handle nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You’ll use an open-bed pickup and our field app to log time, check in/out, and report status while keeping noise to a minimum and respecting residents.

No prior experience required; full training provided. You must own an open bed pickup truck, have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and lift up to 25 lbs while working 2–3 hours per evening, Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed during service evenings.
• Collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep using the assigned tote or cart.
• Use Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out and reporting.
• Transport trash safely using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it at dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services as needed at communities (porter, bulk items, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize disturbance to residents.
• Adhere to the company’s core values and standards.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
• Lift up to 25 lbs; climb stairs; work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Own an open-bed pickup truck and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
