Job summary

Butler Plus in Boone, NC is seeking team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. You will use a trash tote or cart, lift up to 25 lbs, and work 8:00pm to finish on Sundays through Thursdays.

No experience required; we provide training. You must own an open-bed pickup truck and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. You will work outdoors in varying weather with growth opportunities and Next Day Pay available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed during service evenings.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize the field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs.
• Work outdoors and be exposed to weather variations.
