Job summary

RRD is seeking a Document Production Associate to deliver word processing and document production services for clients. The role involves using logs to track work, evaluating requests, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

You will edit, proof, and convert documents, employing established formats to satisfy client needs. Proficiency with MS Office and other editing tools is required, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience in legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong typing.
• Familiar with other software for editing/creating documents.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to handle multiple projects.
• Must have good organizational skills and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer service skills to maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Use logs/tracking software for all document production work.
• Assess each job request and complete tasks through lifecycle.
• Perform document production, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination as needed.
• Edit/convert/create documents using established formats to client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment/technology used for job functions.
• Communicate with team, supervisor, or client on deadlines or concerns.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to clients.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues.
• Contribute to continuous service improvements and client relations.
• Perform quality assurance on work as requested.
• Adhere to company and client policies.
• Use equipment/supplies cost-efficiently.
