Job summary

SanMar Ashland Distribution Center is seeking a DC Supervisor to lead receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring timely, accurate operations.

You will coach hourly staff, drive safety and quality, hire and develop talent, and collaborate across departments to improve productivity.

The role offers a discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with company matches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of warehouse experience.
• 1–3 years as a lead or supervisor.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate daily activities to achieve productivity, safety, quality and knowledge goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the distribution center to ensure timely processing and delivery of products.
• Provide day-to-day direction and development to hourly staff; coach, counsel and develop careers.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback.
• Interview and hire new employees; collaborate across departments to improve productivity.
• Analyze business trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
