SanMar Corp. in Sparks, NV is seeking a DC Supervisor to lead daily distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment and shipping. You will coach hourly staff, conduct performance reviews, interview new hires, and collaborate across departments to boost productivity.

The role requires 4–6 years of warehouse experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong communication and leadership skills. Evening shift 12:30 PM–9:00 PM is typical.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years as a lead or supervisor.

• Identify and coordinate daily activities to achieve productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and knowledge.
• Oversee all aspects of the distribution center to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Provide day-to-day direction and development to hourly staff, including coaching and corrective actions.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Interview and hire new employees.
• Collaborate across departments to drive optimal productivity.
