SanMar seeks a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily DC operations, focusing on receiving, storage, order fulfillment and shipping to ensure accurate, timely processing.

The role involves directing hourly staff, coaching for development, and conducting annual performance reviews. The candidate should have 4–6 years in warehouse roles with 1–3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity, and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of warehouse experience.
• 1–3 years as a lead or supervisor.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, labels and SKU information.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify daily activities to improve productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge.
• Oversee all distribution center operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and development to hourly staff.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Interview and hire new employees.
