Job summary

Adidas in Spartanburg, SC seeks an Operations Supervisor for the Evening Shift to lead a high-volume DC team and optimize operations. You will manage associates and collaborate with DC leadership to improve productivity, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining WMS/WCS knowledge, and reporting metrics. You will drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years related distribution experience or training.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a functional area in Distribution Center and be accountable for productivity and quality targets.
• Train, manage and develop all DC associates.
• Maintain working knowledge of WCS and WMS platforms.
• Report on operations metrics using SAP, Excel, queries and WMS reporting.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma activities and drive process improvements.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and a safe working environment.
